ENO Tree Planting Day 2005,
21 September.
ENO-Environment Online is a virtual school for
environmental awareness and sustainable development
that connects 200 schools in 75 countries.We will
open our schoolyear 21 st of September 2005.
Start your school year with ENO by planting trees
on 21 September at 12 noon in your community.
The first trees will be planted in New Zealand.
Then, following the path of the Sun, new trees
will be planted in Asia, Europe, and Africa. The
“chain of trees” will be completed
in North and South America.
ENO states that trees are "a symbol for
the co-operation between schools around the world,
cultural diversity, tolerance and peace."
